Atool manages the internal organization of federations and associations: the archive of members and potential members, the administrative management, the agenda of events, activities and projects, the management of communications.
The goal is to streamline and simplify the daily activities of fedarations and associations employees.
ATool stands for a number of benefits:
- Payments management: the system automatically generates and updates the membership fees of any associated company, with the monitoring of overdrafts and management of reminders for defaulter companies
- Access permissions: Atool simplifies the articulation of content and variety of functions within a federation through careful management of permissions, access levels and policies
- Integration with website: members can edit their own data on the official website of the Federation; the changes are directly transferred to ATool for a constant updating of all system data
- Notification system: each operator is constantly updated on changes to the activities thanks to notifications by email and the choice of information to be displayed in the personal dashboard
